The old adage goes; "hardwork pays." I totally agree 99.9% but i cant help but wonder for how long should we toil with zest before our hardwork decides that it is payday; 10 yrs,15? perhaps forever?
If hardwork pays, then smartwork pays even more.
Dont break your back working hard if you know how to work smart.
